3. Upcoming Conference agenda
Sep 24: Checking-in from 04h pm on.
Sep 24 evening: Welcome cocktail from 07h to 10h pm.
Sep 25: One-on-one meetings. Sep 25 evening: no conference activities.
Sep 26: One-on-one meetings.
Sep 26 evening: Gala dinner from 07h to 10h pm.
Sep 27: Checking -out until 12h pm.
4. Conference fees
Special early bird discount (for payments until March 31):
1 person (Single room): EUR 1.650
2 people (Double room): EUR 2.350
From April 01 on:
1 person (Single room): EUR 1.800
2 people (Double room): EUR 2.550
Conference fees are inclusive of:
*Conference pass.
*3 hotel stays with breakfast at Lisbon Marriott Hotel.
*Welcome cocktail on Sep 24.
*Full day meeting package with lunch on Sep 25 and 26.
*Gala dinner on Sep 26.
Remarks: airport pick up service, dinner on sep 25 and personal costs at the hotel are NOT inclusive.
5. What to bring to the conference?
Your business card and company promotional material.
A small flag of your country to put it on your table during the meetings.
6. Dress code for the conference
Formal clothes for the meetings.
Casual for the other activities (welcome cocktail and gala dinner).
7. Payment terms, hotel reservation confirmation and cancellation policy
The participant’s hotel reservation confirmation is subject to payment of the conference fee. There will be no reimburse for cancellations after 60 days (July 24) or less before the conference first day (September 24). If the company has not been made the payment yet, but the attendance confirmation has already been sent to C6 through the C6 registration conference form, an invoice with 100% of the conference fee will be issued for the immediate effective payment.
8. Visa to enter Portugal
For visa information, please contact the Portuguese embassy in your country. C6 can send you an invitation letter and hotel reservation confirmation whenever they are required for visa procedures.
9. Health and vaccination requirements
