*If you have attended previous conferences, please bring your C6 polo shirt to the welcome cocktail reception.

Conference fees:
Single room: EUR 1.550,00
Double room: EUR 2.550,00
Conference fees are inclusive of:
*Conference pass
*Three hotel stays with breakfast at Sheraton Istanbul City Center.
*Welcome cocktail on Sep 25th evening.
*Full day meeting package with lunch on Sep 26th and 27th.
*Gala dinner on Sep 27th evening.
*Remark: conference package is NOT inclusive of airport/hotel/airport shuttle service, personal costs at the hotel and dinner on Sep 26th evening (no conference activities on Sep 26th evening). Payment terms and hotel reservation confirmation
The participant’s hotel reservation confirmation is subject to payment of the conference fee.
There will be no reimburse for cancellations after 60 days (July 25) or less before the conference first day (September 25).
If the company has not been made the payment yet, but the attendance confirmation has already been sent to C6 through the C6 registration conference form, an invoice with 100% of the conference fee will be issued for the immediate effective payment.
Visa to enter Turkey
For visa information, please contact the Turkish embassy in your country. C6 can send you an invitation letter and hotel reservation confirmation whenever they are required for visa procedures.
