Payment protection plan

Introduction
C6 payment protection plan is one of the benefits assured for C6 Logistic Networks members. This payment
protection plan has the goal to support the c6 members in case of any payment problem among the
companies of the group.

This payment protection program covers only disputes regarding to freight charges among C6 freight
forwarders and their services to each other. Therefore, this payment protection plan is NOT a cargo insurance
or similar and DOES NOT cover costs such as: humans errors, storage charges, warehouse charges,
customs penalties, demurrage charges, value of good, duties, bankruptcy and others.

Instruction and conditions
For being benefited by this program, it is necessary to consider the following instructions and conditions:
A. C6 members will be covered by this payment protection plan for the total amount of USD 5.000 (five
thousand U.S. dollars) during the first year of membership and from the second year of membership on
they will be covered by the total amount (and not by each business transaction) of until USD 8.000 (eight
thousand U.S. dollars) per year. These values are annual and they are not accumulated.
Invoices issued with amounts of more than USD 8.000 (eight thousand U.S. dollars) will not be eligible to
claim.

B. C6 payment protection plan covers up to USD 24.000 (twenty-four thousand U.S. dollars) collectively
per year.

C. C6 payment protection plan will be only available for the members who are updated with their membership
fees. Companies whose membership fees are late or in deficit will have no right to claim for this
benefit.

D. All invoices must be settled in until thirty days (30 days). In case of possible delays, the company in debt must rapidly inform its
C6 partner about it and give all the reasons of such delay to justify its delay and avoid any embarrassment
to its partner.

E. C6 management must be rapidly informed in case of any payment problem in until 60 days after the
payment agreement has expired. After this deadline, no claim will be accepted by c6 management.

F. The claim must be formally presented before C6 management for a formal analyze of it. At this step,
all documents regarding to the claim must be sent for a formal analyze of C6 management and a virtual
conference with the companies involved could be demanded so that all parts involved may present their
arguments and points of view.

G. After the step mentioned above, C6 management will give their final statement in until 15 days.

H. Payments from C6 payment protection plan are done in until fifteen days after the final decision of C6
management.

I. At its sole discretion, C6 management reserves the right to change, add or withdraw parts of this plan
at any time.

J. C6 management takes over the responsibility to notify all C6 members in case of any change at this
plan as soon as it has been made.

K. C6 members will show agreement with the terms of this plan by becoming a C6 member.
